Dealing with everyone from the initial onsite visit from Mick, to planning and project co-ordination with Alicia and Nadine, to all the slab and construction crew has been a pleasure. The construction was completed nearly a month early and the finishing and attention to detail is excellent. Can't wait to get power connected to get in and use it !

Russel goes above and beyond with his Customer Service!!! Whilst I was unable to become a paying customer, the service provided by Russel & the team during my enquires was exceptional. Of the 3 local companies I contacted, Ran build is the only one who even does a pre-contract onsite inspection. Because Russel actually came to my property he was able to identify a few potential issues, including a Coliban easement that I was unaware of...

Couldn’t be happier with my lovely new shed, very professional from start to finish from the Concretor’s to the construction workers who were amazing quiet, respectful, sometimes I wasn’t even sure they were there. They were so quiet, extremely clean, no mess to clean up , it was perfect.
