The Uncompromising Process We Follow To Ensure You Get The Exact Shed You Want… On Time, Withing Budget, Without Stress
Just like a pilot follows a proven process to ensure a successful flight (every time), we have developed (and follow to the letter) a process to ensure your shed meets your exact needs and exceeds your expectations including:

STEP ONE: Design Consultation
The first thing you notice when you call is you speak with an experienced Shed Designer, not a commission only salesperson. And rather than simply quoting prices from a catalogue (that mysteriously increase sharply through variations as the project get underway), your designer will take time to understand exactly what you are looking for in your shed. Thoughtful questions will guide the conversation, providing information about options you may not have considered or even thought possible. And while you won’t be given any firm figures (until step 2), your designer will honestly answer your questions and be totally transparent about price ranges so you can plan with certainty.
STEP TWO: Site Assessment
Your Shed Designer will meet you onsite to further understand the vision you have for your shed. They will assess your land including access, boundaries, slope, drainage, and design congruency to ensure your shed matches your home and enhances the value of your property.
STEP THREE: Finalise custom design and costings
Your Shed Designer will transfer your vision to paper by creating a Design And Construction Plan detailing all elements of your shed. Along with this plan you will receive a guaranteed all-inclusive fixed price that includes everything (site preparation, permits, concreting, and construction) so you know exactly what you’ll get and precisely what it will cost.
STEP FOUR: Council Approval Permits
Most shed companies merely sell you a shed and leave the rest (permits and construction) to you. Some may give you the names of contractors and third-party service providers (but this is usually just sourced from business cards they’ve collected, with no guarantee of quality or reliability). We are different because we take care of everything for you – all completed by in-house staff (not external contractors) to our uncompromising standards. You can relax knowing your shed will be fully approved, expertly built, on time, within budget, without stress.
STEP FIVE: Construction
As soon as council approves your shed, we’ll give you a firm completion date and stick to it. This is when you’ll meet your Client Co-Ordinator who will keep you fully informed at every stage of construction (and always available to answer your questions). Construction starts with site preparation, where we level and prepare the ground for your concrete slab. Concreting usually takes around 2 days – one for preparation, one for pouring. Once your concreted is fully cured (usually around a week), our in-house team will erect your shed with precision and pride. With our experience and proven processes, your shed (depending on the size) should be finished in around a week depending on the size. Your Client Co-Ordinator will inspect every aspect of your shed to ensure everything meets our uncompromising standards. And we will continue to support you with priority local support for the full 20 years of your Bluescope warranty.
